Why P.T.A (Parents & Teachers Association) is confidential in St, Mary's Convent School Tanda???????? VERY STRANGE !!!!!!

Students Welfare Committee gave application no. (SWC/08-2013) to the St, Mary's Convent School Tanda to  get the P.T.A members details. But the management refused to give the P.T.A committee details.
If  any Committee  i e  P.T.A or L.M.C exists in the school it should not be confidential. Let Parents know the committee members so that they can talk with them if they feel any trouble regarding the school matters.
